Why we started
Rosé Skin began in a small apartment in Siem Reap, where our founder spent evenings decanting Korean serums and reading INCI lists by lamplight. The local market was flooded with products that promised miracles but hid their ingredients behind vague marketing. She wanted something different: skincare you could actually understand.
After a year of studying cosmetic chemistry and sourcing ingredients from trusted Korean and Japanese labs, the first Rosé Skin collection launched with just three products — a cleanser, a serum, and a moisturiser. The philosophy was simple: short ingredient lists, proven actives, no filler.
Today we offer a full routine, but the principle hasn't changed. Every product earns its place by doing one thing well.
How we formulate
Formulated with intention
We work with cosmetic chemists in Seoul and source raw ingredients from labs we have personally visited. Every formula goes through at least six iterations before it reaches your shelf. We test for texture, absorption, long-term efficacy, and how it layers with the rest of the line. Nothing launches until we would use it ourselves, every day.
